Malcolm is gone, and although his music lives on, there are no words to express this sadness. Bittersweet as it is, I’m happy he’s free from the dementia and in Heaven with Bon and his brother George. I owe so much to Malcolm Young and his amazing talent. Malcolm, you are my hero, and I will see you one day in Heaven.

One of the most vicious and important rhythm guitarists ever..and an absolute and complete badass riff machine. His straightforward attitude and no bullshit style always seemed to be the backbone of AC/DC. Leaving all the flash and fire to his brother, he humbly blasted intoxicating huge sounding riff after riff after riff. Even how he removed pickups from his #1 Grestch guitar..leaving only 1 pickup in there. Stripping everything to its raw essence. He just encompassed a real - raw - barebones - no nonsense..no bullshit vibe and attitude. And it was absolutely fucking beautiful. RIP Malcom - thank you very much for your statement and kick ass contribution! Thems are the riffs that keep on givin’!
