Trois jours après que LYNYRD SKYNYRD a annulé un concert en raison de douleurs thoraciques du guitariste historique Gary Rossington, le groupe se voit contraint d'annuler une partie de sa tournée aux USA. Les Sudistes ont officiellement annoncé que leur guitariste devait être hospitalisé pour un traitement chirurgical cardiaque. Plusieurs semaines seront nécessaires pour que Rossington récupère, à son domicile, de son intervention visant à nettoyer ses artères. Certaines dates sont en cours de reprogrammation et d'autres annulées. Bon rétablissement, Mr. Rossington !

“The Lynyrd Skynyrd band is canceling or rescheduling the next 2 weeks of touring, while Gary Rossington recovers at home from heart surgery to repair blockage in his arteries,”
