Quant à l'Allemagne et la Belgique, ils accueillent d'authentiques vétérans, la Grande-Bretagne leur préférant quant à elle un groupe “hommage” à un grand musicien disparu… Le chiffre indiqué entre parenthèses est celui effectif dans chaque pays.
